		<description>Providing time-based markers and copy and paste code snippets with video tutorials running in a web page is very useful and will eventually find its way into the schools to ensure America&#039;s teachers and students with the best tools that can be invented and put to good use.

In an increasingly competitive world where time is of the essence I&#039;m very happy now to observe Microsoft is catching up and will take credit where credit is due for enabling what the W3C standards first began to make possible five years ago.</description>
