Open Source software at Microsoft – Justin Angel and Shawn Burke
March 31st, 2009
Today’s episode is all about Silverlight and open source at Microsoft.
Lately, there’s a lot of open source code coming out of Redmond. This is especially true for Silverlight, and the Silverlight Toolkit team is at the center of this movement. I sat down with Justin Angel and Shawn Burke to talk about the status of open source.
In todays episode:
- Shawn Burke talks about how open source can fit into a for-profit ecosystem.
- Justin Angel explains how open source allows new customer support scenarios.
A huge thanks to Justin who arranged this interview.
